Through the power of meditative breath awareness, we will access the glandular centers on the front of the spine. Expanding and condensing through flowing asanas, combined with targeted rhythmical strengthening pilates movements, we will dance towards balancing the glandular centers to support integration, alignment, and an increased experience of the fullness of creative expression in ourselves.
