Restorative yoga practice
The practice of restorative yoga supports individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, intense fatigue, pre- or post-childbirth, chronic illness, and issues of infertility. Structured and supported restful postures elevate a peaceful state of mind and encourage a more balanced sense of self. Restorative yoga supports the nervous system by allowing the sympathetic part of the nervous system (“fight or flight”) to be in balance with the parasympathetic aspect of the nervous system (“rest and digest”).
