Using an integrative approach to increasing strength and flexibility, I offer a simple, disciplined way to reduce stress and tension in the body, leaving you with an immediate sense of well-being.

Habitual postural patterns can become stuck in our physical structure. This occurs unconsciously, often numbing our awareness of our natural alignment. Our daily functional movements may become uncomfortable, causing structural imbalances and pain that can often lead to injury. By increasing strength and flexibility of the core muscles, you will access and build a more integrative, embodied approach to performing everyday movements.

Each session is tailored for the individual client with specific consideration to the presentation of physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual symptoms.


An Embodiment pilates/yoga session will:
  1. build core abdominal and back strength to restore natural posture
  2. develop strength, flexibility and endurance by toning and elongating muscles
  3. enhance joint mobility and agility
  4. improve circulation
  5. strengthen and support healthy bodily systems
  6. balance nervous system to support a calm and focused mind
  7. awaken cellular consciousness to support the integration of body/mind/spirit


During a private one-hour session, guided exercises will vary and include:
  • neuromuscular re-education and re-alignment training
  • stability and mobility exercises for all regions of the spine
  • breath awareness, integration and relaxation
  • movement exercises for complimentary home practice
